Phoenix FGotM – January 14th – 15th, 2022

Hello MES’ers!

Happy October, arguably one of the most awesome months of the year. I’m biased, of course. I know that word of mouth has been relatively quiet, but I wanted to take this opportunity to formally invite you all to our January Featured Game of the Month in Phoenix! Scheduled over January 14th through 15th, we’re offering two nights of 13th Hour Masquerade along with an afternoon social BBQ on Saturday!  Look below for more details!

When: Friday, January 14th – Saturday, January 15th, 2022

Where: Holiday Inn and Suites Mesa Country Club, in Mesa Arizona. Rooms are 129$ an evening, for two queen beds or one king

What: Two venues of 13th Hour Masquerade LARP and a Saturday BBQ Social

Safety: While inside the LARP area, members will be required to wear appropriate face-coverings. We will be requesting that proof of vaccination be provided to the DC/Event Staff prior to entering game. The BBQ social will be held at a local park, face-coverings are not mandatory as it will be outside.

Charity: Disabled American Veterans – https://www.dav.org/

Cost: 10$ (A limited number of fee accommodations are available for attending members who are experiencing financial hardships. Inquire with the DC!)

Still to Come:

·         In-Game Themes: While we are sorting out the IC themes for the evenings, I can let you all know that it is an Independent Alliance held city. Other sects are welcome, of course!

·         Photography: We’re checking on prices for our local photographer that has appeared in our previous Featured Games and the MESCON hosted in Scottsdale.

·         Charity Auction: Yes! We are having one, hopefully getting some cool items from the Regional Staff

·         Pre-registration: Hopefully will be open soon!
