With the ongoing issues with health, public safety and travel, it has been decided that our Featured Game will be held virtually.
We've worked with our hotel, and they've agreed to push our reservation back to January 14th – 15th, 2022. They will keep our deposit on file, so we're good to go with that.
What does this mean?
1 – We won't be charging for attendance. We /will/ be asking people to register, so we can keep track of everyone and everything.
2 – With it being Virtual, we can have more attendees who would normally not be able to attend due to finances and travel time!
3 – We will be accepting donations, having a charity auction and pre-event auctions.
4 – With the virtual nature of the event, and the lack of travel needs, we have the options of hosting games on Sunday as well.
Please be on the lookout for a survey soon, to help us decide what will be played and what days will be available for scheduled games.
